"Dreams can be mysterious, but understanding the meaning of our dreams can be downright baffling."

📍Dreams about falling from great heights are most prevalent. It might suggest that you must rethink a choice or consider a replacement direction in some area of your life. "Dreaming of falling is extremely common. It's a sign of fear in the world - perhaps of failing at work or in your love," claims Russell Grant, author of The Illustrated Dream Dictionary. "Falling often expresses a desire to let yourself go more and revel in life more."

📍Dreams that feature following by a known or unknown attacker may be particularly terrifying. These varieties of nightmares are also common. Being chased in dreams can indicate a desire to run away from your fears or desires. If your pursuer can be a mysterious, unknown figure, it would represent a childhood experience or past trauma.

📍Dreaming about being naked is hardly unusual. Penny Peirce, the author of the Dream Dictionary for Dummies, suggests that dreaming of naked might indicate that you desire a phony or that you are fearful for revealing your imperfections and shortcomings.

📍Dreaming that your spouse or romantic partner is cheating on you with some other person may be incredibly distressing. Eve Adamson and Gayle Williamson, authors of the whole Idiot's Guide Dream Dictionary, posit that such dreams about infidelity indicate issues with trust, loyalty, and communication in a very relationship. "If you or your partner cheated in your dream, one amongst you isn't getting what you wish from that relationship," they write.
