Nostalgia

Nostalgia paints a smile on the stony face of the past.~ Mason Cooley

This emotion can be related to people, places, or time. When we look at the people who have complaints in the form of nostalgia, we can say that they are naïve, perfectionist, loyal, and extremely conscientious. Since people with these characteristics are cognitively prone to depression, it is often possible to see them in a depressive mood. It would be beneficial to manage the feeling of nostalgia, which the ancients defined as a type of melancholy, with cognitive interventions.

Why do we miss the ending relationship?

We never focus on the bleak things we experience in a relationship that ends. We cannot remember those bad memories, and we reject them as if they never happened. Since our brain only guides us to the good memories we live, we remember everything as if it were perfect. And here is another important point: We don't miss that person, miss the profile of the person he might be.

Sometimes we even miss a time we've never seen. We wish to measure within the time of a ruler or writer who lived within the past. If we had lived at that point, we'd be happier and have a more enjoyable life. At the premise of this thought lies our problems and complaints about the instant we board. We create happiness by idealizing the past and taking shelter in the sociocultural elements of another era.

We miss the moment we are in as if our lives were lived and finished in the past. It is just a waste of time. As we look to the past, we cannot see the future. While we tailed in the past, all opportunities are missing, and our chance to create more convincing memories for ourselves is lost altogether.

See you in the next issue💙

Who I am ? Michelangelo and Blueberry phenomenon

When we are acquainted with a romantic partner, we undoubtedly go through many changes. Some of these changes are good for us, have a healing effect on us, reveal our positives that even we do not know, and make us a more desirable "me". Others are uncomfortable, making us feel like we've consumed an expired meal and poured into a sink with nausea whatever was useless. Of course, sometimes we become aware of all these things, but sometimes we are completely unaware of this. Today, I apprise about two phenomena in the relationship. The Blueberry Phenomenon - highly mutually dependent partners, reveals the negative aspects of each other one by one in the relationship they live in, and not only that, but it also prompts each other to exhibit these aspects that reveal more.  For example, you are lightly unaccommodating, and you conceal this feature from others. You desire to get rid of this character. However, your partner exaggerates this character and makes it worse. Unendi
